Store Keeper

Responsible for maintaining accurate and organised inventory of corporate gifting products and materials, ensuring timely availability of items for branding, customisation, packing and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify purchased/imported gifting items and complete inward entries.
• Maintain rack-wise and bin-wise inventory locations and ensure proper identification of every item.
• Maintain accurate physical and system stock records.
• Issue materials to the Operations / Branding team against customer orders or job requirements.
• Coordinate with the Sales team regarding product availability and material requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations for timely availability of products for branding and customisation.
• Receive and account for unused / excess materials returned from Operations.
• Coordinate with Dispatch for availability and quantity verification before dispatch.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and systematic arrangement of the Store.
• Report shortages, damages, slow-moving items and stock discrepancies to the management.

Key Skills

• 25 years experience in Stores / Inventory Management.
• Good knowledge of stock management, rack/bin locations and physical inventory.
• Basic knowledge of ERP / inventory software and Excel.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Experience in corporate gifting, trading, import, branding or customised products will be an advantage.
