Join a specialized diving equipment & outdoor gear provider in Petaling Jaya. We are looking for an organized and proactive Retail Store Keeper to manage daily stock operations and maintain smooth supply chain communications with overseas suppliers.

Job Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock, equipment, and supplier deliveries.

货物收发： 负责清点、检验及登记所有到货库存与进货包裹

• System Operations: Accurately update inventory records and transactions using Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.

系统入账： 准确将各项库存变动录入系统及 Microsoft Excel 电子表格

• Supplier Coordination: Liaise directly with international suppliers in China and Taiwan to manage purchase orders, pricing, stock availability, and shipping timelines.

跨国沟通： 配合与中国及台湾的供应商联系，协调采购订单、核对价格、确认现货量及发货日程

• Shipment Tracking: Follow up on incoming shipments to guarantee smooth logistics and timely stock availability.

物流跟踪： 追踪国际物流进度，确保货品按时安全送达

• Reporting: Identify and report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or low-stock alerts promptly to management.

库存监控： 定期盘点，及时向管理层汇报库存差异、损坏物品或补货

Job Requirements

• Education: Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

学历背景： 拥有 SPM、Diploma 或同等学历

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in retail inventory, warehouse management, or purchasing operations.

工作经验： 具备至少 1 年零售库存、仓库管理或采购相关经验

• Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to communicate effectively with overseas suppliers.

语言能力： 精通中文（口语与书面），能流畅与中国/台湾供应商沟通

• Computer & Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and daily computer operations

办公软件： 熟练运用 Microsoft Excel 及日常办公电脑操作
