Job Requirement – Storekeeper / Parts Executive (Car Dealership)

We are looking for an experienced Storekeeper / Parts Executive to manage spare-parts inventory and ordering at our automobile dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage spare-parts stock, inward, outward, and bin locations.
• Place parts orders through the Dealer Management System (DMS).
• Analyze past consumption and workshop demand to forecast future parts requirements.
• Maintain optimum inventory and avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
• Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete parts.
• Use Excel and DMS reports for stock analysis and data manipulation.
• Track pending orders, backorders, and emergency requirements.
• Conduct stock verification and reconcile physical stock with DMS.
• Coordinate with Workshop, Service Advisors, Accounts, and OEM/suppliers.

Required Skills:

• 2–5 years of experience in automobile spare parts/store operations preferred.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good Excel and data-handling ability.
• Experience with DMS/ERP inventory systems.
• Good knowledge of automobile spare parts.
• Strong forecasting, inventory planning, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
