Job Title: Store Keeper

Salary Range: RM3,000 – RM5,000

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage warehouse materials, record goods receiving and issuance, ensure all receiving & delivery documents are accurate.

2. Conduct regular stock taking, reconcile physical stock against inventory record, investigate stock variance and submit stock count report.

3. Arrange proper material storage, implement warehouse 5S practice, keep warehouse clean and protect goods from moisture & damage.

4. Check delivery order & packing list, verify item specification and quantity upon receiving, report any discrepancy immediately.

5. Arrange goods packing and delivery to ensure accurate and on-time shipment.

6. Keep all warehouse documents properly and file records; perform other ad-hoc warehouse tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

1. 1-3 years of relevant working experience in warehouse management, familiar with material receiving and issuing process.

2. Able to read warehouse documents, basic computer skill (Excel is preferred).

3. Meticulous, responsible, good in stock checking, willing to work from Monday to Saturday.

4. Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin, basic English for document reading is an advantage.

5. Male candidates will be given priority, candidates with driving licence who can doubleup as driver are highly preferred.
