Job description:Storekeeper

Company: Thekkekara’s Hot Oven Bakers,Nadathara, Thrissur

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor stock for all outlets.
• Maintain accurate records of inward and outward stock.
• Handle purchase entries in the system (Petpooja or relevant software).
• Prepare and process purchase orders as per requirement.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
• Ensure proper storage and stock organization in the store.
• Conduct regular stock verification and report discrepancies.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and inform management for replenishment.
• Support outlet operations by ensuring timely supply of materials.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of inventory management.
• Familiarity with billing/ERP software (Petpooja preferred).
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Attention to detail and accountability.
