Store Keeper

• Maintain and manage daily inventory of food items, beverages, kitchen supplies, and restaurant materials.
• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming stock against purchase orders and invoices.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and organization of all items as per hygiene and safety standards.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely replenishment.
• Maintain accurate stock registers, GRNs, issue records, and inventory reports.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO methods to minimize wastage and prevent expiry of stock.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and report discrepancies to management.
• Issue stock to the kitchen and other departments only against authorized requisitions.
• Monitor expiry dates, product quality, and storage temperatures where applicable.
• Coordinate with chefs, purchase, and accounts teams for smooth inventory control.
• Ensure cleanliness, pest control, and proper maintenance of the store area.
• Support cost control by minimizing pilferage, spoilage, and unnecessary stock consumption.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
