Job Title: Store Keeper

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and update all store records, registers, and inventory documentation.
• Manage site inventory of materials and ensure accurate stock availability.
• Prepare periodic stock statements detailing materials received, issued, and balance stock.
• Raise purchase indents for materials as per site requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors and agencies at the site for material requirements and distribution.
• Prepare and submit Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and daily material receipt reports to the Purchase Department.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of all materials at the site.
• Conduct quality and quantity checks of materials received against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Coordinate with the Purchase Department on a day-to-day basis regarding material requirements, receipts, and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with site safety guidelines and material storage procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess stock, damages, or discrepancies to the concerned department.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager within the stipulated timeline.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping procedures.
• Familiarity with GRN preparation, stock registers, and material reconciliation.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage site materials efficiently.
• Knowledge of construction materials and site operations will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
