Store Keeper

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage inventory, maintain stock records, and ensure the proper receipt, storage, and issuance of materials. Candidates with experience in a housing society or construction company will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and maintain records of incoming materials and supplies.
• Issue materials to relevant departments and maintain proper documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure the availability of required materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, stock registers, and store documentation.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of materials.
• Prepare material receiving reports, issuance records, and stock reports.
• Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and site teams regarding material requirements.
• Prevent material wastage, loss, and unauthorized issuance.
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and secure.

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate qualification; relevant diploma or bachelor's degree will be preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar role.
• Experience in a housing society or construction company will be preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and store documentation.
• Basic computer skills, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
• Familiarity with construction materials, tools, equipment, and consumables will be an advantage.
• Honest, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining accurate records.
