STORE KEEPER

Job Summary

The Store Keeper will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory records for raw materials, packaging, and supplies used in our F&B operations. You will help prevent stock shortages, reduce wastage, and ensure correct stock levels are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and verify quantities, items, and quality against purchase orders / delivery notes
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock daily
• Store items correctly according to FIFO/FEFO and safety standards
• Prepare stock issue slips and issue items to production/operations as requested
• Conduct routine stock checks / physical counts and investigate discrepancies
• Monitor minimum stock levels and raise replenishment requests in advance
• Ensure store areas are clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene and safety procedures
• Follow proper handling and storage rules
• Assist in reducing waste and preventing expired or damaged stock
• Support audits by providing documents, inventory reports, and record

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2 or more years experience as a Store Keeper in F&B, hospitality, or FMCG
• knowledge of inventory control (FIFO/FEFO, stock reconciliation)
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Ability to work with Microsoft Excel / inventory systems
• Good organization and time-management skills
• Ability to follow hygiene, safety, and storage procedures
• Good communication skills

Pay: From QAR1,800.00 per month
