Store Keeper

1. Job Purpose

To manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of food items, beverages, raw materials, packaging materials, and other restaurant supplies, ensuring accurate stock records, proper storage, minimal wastage, and uninterrupted restaurant operations.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Stock Management & Inventory Control

• Maintain accurate records of all stock received, issued, and available in the store.
• Monitor daily stock levels and ensure the availability of essential materials.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
• Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels and inform the concerned team about replenishment requirements.
• Monitor stock movement and identify slow-moving, excess, damaged, or expired items.

B. Receiving & Inspection

• Receive materials against approved purchase orders and delivery challans.
• Verify the quantity, quality, specifications, and expiry dates of materials received.
• Check invoices and supporting documents before accepting deliveries.
• Report shortages, damages, quality issues, or discrepancies to the Purchase Manager and Branch Manager.
• Ensure that only approved and authorized materials are accepted into the store.

C. Storage & Material Issuance

• Ensure proper storage and systematic arrangement of materials.
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) principles wherever applicable.
• Maintain appropriate temperature and storage conditions for perishable and temperature-sensitive items.
• Issue materials only against authorized requisitions and maintain proper records.
• Ensure food items and non-food materials are stored separately wherever required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
