• Maintaining and keeping track of receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom, Receiving, unloading, and shelving supplies.

• Maintenance of subcontractor wise issue register

• Maintenance of stock registers for all items and tools and Plants

• Physical stock verification of all items and reconciliation with book stock

• Provide the necessary information and reports to Project manager/Site In-charge.

• Coordination to Purchase department regarding detailed activities

• Perpetual stock verification of all items as decided (frequency of stock verification according to the class of items)
