STORE KEEPER

• Ordering and to manage the effective control and movement of all stock in and out of the store, ensuring accurate and timely replenishment of stock.
• Inspects all incoming materials received from supplier's D/O against with the Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisition prior to stock in.
• Update store records such as stock card, goods issuing notes (SIRV) and log book after receiving of goods.
• To update monthly stock movement inventory and key into QNE system.
• Received and inspects all Finishing goods against Job Order c/w QC report.
• Monthly stock takes.
• To ensure all documentations and records are update accurately and on time.
• Maintain the store, records are and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
• Spare parts preparing and packing in good order as per request.
• To ensure Store documentations and records are as per ISO requirements.
• To carry out and record risk assessment performance for Store Department.
• All ad-hoc assignments as and when requires by the Management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fresh graduate.
• SPM / Diploma.
• Proficient or experience in Microsoft Office.
• Background in Mechanical is an added advantages.
• Male / female.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
