Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily loading and unloading operations.
• Plan and assign tasks to loading/unloading staff.
• Coordinate vehicle dispatch and ensure timely shipment movement.
• Verify goods, quantities, and dispatch documents before shipment.
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse teams, and customers regarding delivery updates.
• Maintain dispatch records, shipment logs, and inventory-related documents.
• Ensure proper handling and safe movement of materials.
• Monitor loading processes to prevent product damage or shortages.
• Report delays, damages, discrepancies, or operational issues to supervisors.
• Follow company safety guidelines and operational procedures
