Store keeper

• Receive and inspect incoming goods, materials, and supplies against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Check the quantity, quality, and condition of received items.
• Arrange and store materials in designated locations safely and systematically.
• Issue materials and supplies to authorized personnel based on approved requests.
• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems regularly.
• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items for timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with recorded balances.
• Prepare goods received notes, material issue notes, and stock reports.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and identification of all items.
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures where applicable.
• Keep the store and warehouse clean, organized, and secure.
• Report damaged, expired, missing, or obsolete materials to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, accounts, and other departments.
• Follow company policies and health, safety, and security procedures.
