Store Keeper

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage daily store operations in our centrifugal pump manufacturing company. The candidate should have basic knowledge of inventory management, material handling, and store documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and store incoming materials.
• Maintain stock registers and inventory records.
• Issue materials to Production and other departments as required.
• Verify materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and invoices.
• Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and material issue records.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Purchase Department.
• Keep the store organized and ensure proper material identification.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of inventory and store management.
• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
• Good record-keeping and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle material receipt, issue, and stock verification.
• Candidates with manufacturing or engineering industry experience will be preferred.

Eligibility

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Freshers with basic store management knowledge may also be considered.
• ITI, Diploma, or Graduate candidates are preferred.
