Store Keeper – Construction Experience only

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Store Keeper with a strong background in the construction industry to manage site/store materials, stock records, receiving, issuing, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming construction materials.
• Issue materials to site teams against approved requests.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
• Prepare and update material receiving and issuing logs.
• Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and report shortages.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Site Engineers, and Logistics teams.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain records for tools, equipment, consumables, and construction materials.
• Report damaged, missing, or non-conforming materials.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and properly organized.
• Support monthly inventory and stock reports.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Store Keeper in a construction/contracting company is mandatory.
• UAE construction experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, tools, and consumables.
• Experience with stock control, material receiving, issuing, and inventory records.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer systems.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication with site and procurement teams.
• Must be currently available in the UAE.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Important:
Candidates without construction/contracting store experience will not be considered.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
