Our Furniture & Wellness Brands are now hiring experienced Store Leads for our Metro Manila locations such as Quezon City, Mandaluyong City, BGC, Makati City, Pasay City and Nuvali, Sta. Qualifications & experience
With retail background at least 5 years
Cashiering experience is a plus but not required
College graduate
Tasks & responsibilities
Ensure positive customer experience
Be able to effective satisfy customer needs
Be able to effectively resolve customer-related issues
When and if necessary, able to work long hours, weekends, and holidays
Well-organized in stocks
Communicate with other showrooms for stock assessments
Communicate with head office for sales and stock audits
Oversee transfer in/out of stocks
Communicate with dispatch team for deliveries
