Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
• Manage and motivate a diverse team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster growth.
• Oversee sales strategies and merchandising efforts to maximize revenue and enhance visual presentation.
• Coordinate staffing schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure time management aligns with store needs.
• Maintain high standards of communication with staff and customers, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and organizational skills.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and ensure accurate administrative record-keeping.
• Cultivate a positive shopping environment by promoting teamwork, addressing customer concerns promptly, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in retail or a related supervisory role with demonstrated team management skills.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases.
• Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate others.
• Experience in merchandising, sales management, and retail operations is essential.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks and time management.
• Previous supervisory experience combined with effective phone etiquette is preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
