About us

Front Range Post is a brand-new locally owned shipping and postal store opening this fall at The Orchards in Greenwood Village. We handle shipping across FedEx, UPS, and USPS, professional packing, mailbox rentals, notary services, and U-Haul truck rentals — the neighborhood spot people count on to get things where they need to go.

This is a ground-floor role. We’re hiring the founding Store Lead who will help set up the store, shape how it runs, and become the person the business is built around. If you like the idea of running your own shop without the risk of owning one, this is that.

The role

The Store Lead runs the store day to day. The owner is not on-site full-time, so this is a position of real trust and independence: you open and close, run the counter, handle the money, and keep everything moving without someone looking over your shoulder. You’ll also be the first face regular customers see — and since much of our business is recurring mailbox and shipping relationships, how you treat people directly drives whether they stay.

What you’ll do

• Open and close the store; run daily operations start to finish

• Serve customers at the counter — quote and process shipments across FedEx, UPS, and USPS, pack items securely, and sell supplies

• Manage mailbox rentals: set up new accounts, handle renewals, sort and notify

• Provide notary services (we’ll help you get commissioned if you aren’t already)

• Process U-Haul rentals through the dealer system (we provide certification)

• Handle cash and card transactions on our POS, reconcile the drawer daily, and prepare deposits

• Help hire, train, and schedule part-time counter staff as the store grows

• Track and reorder packing and shipping supplies

• Keep the store clean, organized, and running to opening/closing checklists

• Give the owner a simple regular rundown on sales, cash, and anything that needs attention

What we’re looking for

• Trustworthy with cash and comfortable working independently — this is the single most important thing. You’ll be handling the register and running the store on your own.

• Retail, customer service, or shipping-store experience (a FedEx/UPS Store, post office, mailbox store, or similar is a strong plus, but we’ll train the right person)

• Reliable and punctual — the store can’t open without you

• Comfortable with a POS system and basic computer tasks

• Able to lift and move packages up to ~50 lbs and stay on your feet through a shift

• Notary commission and/or shipping experience a plus, not required

Compensation & benefits

• $21–$26/hr based on experience, plus a monthly performance bonus tied to store growth

• Paid sick leave per Colorado law

• Founding-team role with room to grow into a store management position as we expand

• We cover the cost of your notary commission and U-Haul dealer certification

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
