About Us
Founders Coffee is a locally owned specialty coffee shop with two Las Vegas-area locations, Durango and St. Rose. We do real coffee, scratch food, seasonal drinks people drive across town for, and a drive-thru that moves. We're growing fast and need a leader who can run a store like they own it.

The Role
The Store Lead owns day-to-day operations at our St. Rose location. You'll lead the team on the floor, keep the shop stocked and running smoothly, and make sure every guest leaves happier than they showed up. You report to the Director of Operations and work closely with the GM.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach and manage a team of baristas and shift leads, and help hire and train new ones
• Run shifts on the floor. This is a hands-on role, not a back-office one.
• Place vendor orders, manage inventory and control waste to hit cost targets
• Handle opening/closing procedures, cash handling, deposits and Toast POS admin
• Keep drink and food quality consistent with Founders recipes and standards
• Maintain health code compliance, cleanliness and food safety at all times
• Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally
• Help roll out seasonal menus, promotions and Drink of the Month launches
• Communicate staffing, equipment and operational issues to leadership

What You Bring

• 2+ years of coffee shop, café or restaurant experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
• Strong espresso and drink-building skills, or the drive to master them fast
• Experience with inventory, ordering and scheduling
• Toast POS experience is a plus
• You stay calm during a 7 a.m. drive-thru rush and can keep a team calm too
• Reliable, organized and able to follow through without being chased
• Open availability, including weekends and early mornings
• A valid Southern Nevada Food Handler Card, or you can get one within 30 days
• An alcohol awareness card, or you can get one within 30 days
• Age 21+

Pay: $39,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
