Store Lead (SM Sangandaan)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Lead, train, and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets and uphold brand standards.
• Drive sales performance through effective goal setting, coaching, and mentoring.
• Manage inventory levels, visual merchandising, and overall store presentation.
• Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.

Job Qualifications:

• Background: At least 1–2 years of experience as a Store Manager or Supervisor in the fashion/apparel retail industry.
• Leadership: Strong ability to lead by example, inspire a team, and maintain a positive store culture.
• Coachable & Growth-Oriented: Open to feedback, eager to learn, and driven to grow with the company.
• Goal-Driven: Passionate about achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Customer-Focused: Loves fashion, understands customer needs, and creates memorable shopping experiences.
• Location Flexibility: Willing to be assigned to Sta. Lucia Mall.
• Preferably can start ASAP.
