STORE LEADER

Job Descriptions

• Collaborate with partner store managers to complete all store operation and management tasks.
• Develop store sales plans and strategies, and lead the partner team to achieve sales targets assigned by the company.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with platforms and headquarters, supporting the implementation of company strategies.
• Monitor product inventory turnover, coordinate with partners for timely restocking, and ensure product displays comply with the company’s VM standards.
• Supervise store customer service, handle customer complaints, and ensure customers receive a satisfactory service experience.
• Team Management: Assist partners in store staff recruitment and training to ensure sufficient manpower, high employee motivation, and quality service.
• Maintain good communication and collaboration with partners to ensure the effective implementation of company policies.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of store management experience in the mobile phone or consumer electronics industry is preferred.
• Proven effective leadership.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Target oriented.
• Sales report and analysis with Ms. Excel.
• Can join immediately.
