Kualifikasi:
- Usia 21-25 Tahun
- Pendidikan Min SMA/SMK Sederajat
- Jujur, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, sehat jasmani & rohani
- Bersedia bekerja shift (termasuk weekend/libur nasional) dan mengikuti training
- Mampu bekerja tim maupun individu, rapi dan menjaga kebersihan diri.
- Pengalaman minimal 1 Tahun sebagai supervisor/leader F&B, retail, atau minimarket (diutamakan)
- Mampu memimpin tim (7-10 crew), tegas, komunikatif, dan berjiwa kepemimpinan
- Menguasai kasir, laporan penjualan, dan stok/inventory terbiasa mencatat di excel/google sheet jadi nilai tambah.
- Cepat mengambil keputusan serta terbiasa menangani komplai pelanggan
