We are seeking a Store Leader (a.k.a.Chief Cheerleader, Boss Barista, Director of People Development, Head Customer Advocate) to partner with us in creating the best damn coffee business for our team members and customers.

To join this party, first and foremost, it’s BYOP. Bring Your Own Passion. We will provide the venue, support, and drinks (it’s specialty coffee, remember?), but it’s your passion for people, process, and performance that will make this party epic. Like any good party, you will be responsible for ensuring everyone’s having fun, they are happy and want to stay, and people rave about it when they leave.

If you’re searching for General Manager or Store Manager positions, hopefully you kind of get this stuff is part of the job, but our HR Manager says it needs to be included. So here we go…As the Store Leader, you will be responsible for hiring, scheduling, training, operations, Team Member engagement, creating Raving Fans (the customers), and the financial performance of your location.

BraveHart Development and Hart Family Coffee will be opening 20+ locations in the Midwest over the next 4-5 years. What’s that mean?
