Store Leader/Crew

About the role

Store Leader / Outlet Leader for Wonderlab Playground, responsible for leadership and operational management of the outlet. The role focuses on leading and directing the team, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining safety and hygiene standards, and delivering excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily outlet operations
• Lead and monitor Crew performance
• Conduct team briefings before operations
• Ensure safety, hygiene, hospitality, and service standards are maintained
• Inspect playground conditions and equipment
• Handle customer complaints
• Ensure Wonderlab SOPs are followed by all team members
• Monitor team attendance, grooming, and discipline
• Prepare daily operational reports
• Support revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals
• Coordinate with Engineering for equipment repairs
• Conduct coaching and performance evaluations for Crew

About you

• Minimum SMA/SMK education; D3/S1 is an advantage

• Minimum 2 years experience as Leader/Supervisor in playground, kids activity, edutainment, F&B, retail, hospitality, entertainment, or customer service

• Experience in playground or children's business is highly valued

• Ability to lead and direct teams

• Willing to work shift schedules, weekends, and public holidays

• Strong communication skills with children, parents, customers, and team

• Customer experience and outlet target oriented

• Able to handle customer complaints effectively

• Detail-oriented in administration, operational reports, and cash handling

• Understanding of basic occupational health and safety, child safety, hygiene, and play area security

• Willing to perform hands-on operational work
