Job Summary

We're looking for a reliable, outgoing Store Lead to manage our store and lead our team. You'll oversee daily operations, train employees, solve problems, and make sure every guest has a great experience. This is a hands-on management role where you lead by example.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily store operations.
• Lead, train, and support your team.
• Create schedules and manage shift coverage.
• Work with HR on hiring, employee performance, and disciplinary matters.
• Provide great customer service and resolve concerns.
• Manage bookings, payments, and escape games.
• Keep game rooms clean, safe, and ready for guests.
• Handle minor game repairs and equipment issues.
• Help with local events.
• Share store updates and needs with company leadership.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of customer service experience required.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to stay organized and work well under pressure.
• Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and use a step stool or ladder up to 8 feet. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds often, 20 pounds at times, and 30 pounds on rare occasions. These duties may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
