Store Maintenance Technician

What You'll Do

• Assist in the assortment, organization, and handling of engineering, drafting, technical, and specialty products in the store.
• Receive, check, sort, label, and arrange products to ensure proper inventory and presentation.
• Assist customers in locating products and provide basic information about engineering, drafting, tools, and related store items.
• Support the proper display, merchandising, replenishment, and organization of products.
• Provide general store assistance including stock movement, housekeeping, setup, and day-to-day store operations.
• Assist with basic assembly, installation, adjustment, and maintenance of store fixtures, displays, and equipment.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of store equipment, fixtures, electrical components, and other operational concerns when needed.
• Conduct regular checks of store equipment, displays, and facilities and report issues requiring repair or technical attention.
• Assist in receiving deliveries, transferring stocks, preparing orders, and moving products within the store or warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and customer-ready store environment.
• Assist with store events, product demonstrations, displays, and other operational activities.
• Follow company procedures for product handling, inventory control, workplace safety, and store operations.

What We're Looking For

• Vocational Diploma, TESDA Certificate, or College level in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Drafting, Industrial Technology, or any related field.
• Background or familiarity with engineering supplies, drafting equipment, tools, technical products, or hardware is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, electrical or mechanical systems, and general troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Comfortable handling and organizing a wide variety of products and learning their applications and specifications.
• Physically capable of lifting, carrying, moving, and organizing store merchandise when required.
• Hardworking, reliable, responsible, and organized, with good attention to detail.
• Willing to assist customers and work as part of a retail store team.
• Able to perform multiple tasks and work independently when needed.
• Willing to travel to different store or company locations as required.
• Willing to work a 6-day workweek, including weekends and holidays, based on operational requirements.
• Applicants with complete pre-employment requirements (medical examination, government-issued IDs, and government numbers such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and TIN) are preferred for faster processing.
