You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards in sales, service, and operations ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the Simply Chic brand. If you have a strong background in retail sales and management, and thrive in fast-paced, people-focused environments, you might be a perfect fit.

• Coach staff to deliver win-win customer interactions that drive repeat business
• Recruit, hire, and train team members across all areas—product knowledge, sales, customer service, and operations
• Manage store operations with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and productivity
• Control variable expenses, including labor, productivity, and inventory costs
• Drive sales and service performance to achieve profitability and growth goals

compensation & benefits

• $26,000–$34,000+ annually, based on experience and performance (hourly pay + seasonal bonuses)
