About The Opportunity Established grocery retailer is seeking a Store Manager to lead operations at a Northern California location. This role requires a proven grocery leader with strong experience in operations, labor management, financial performance, and team development.

• Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of daily store operations
• Drive sales, labor performance, and profitability
• Lead and develop department managers and store personnel
• Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards
• Analyze business results and implement improvement initiatives
• Maintain operational excellence across all departments

Required Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of Store Manager experience
• Understanding of labor management, sales, and P&L accountability
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Grocery retail management experience
• Extensive grocery industry experience
• Knowledge of California labor laws
• Experience managing fresh departments
• Strong employee engagement and development background
