About The Opportunity Established grocery retailer is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead a high-volume location on the Southern Oregon Coast. This role is responsible for driving sales, managing labor, overseeing profitability, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all store departments.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all daily store operations and department performance
• Manage sales growth, labor productivity, and profitability
• Lead, coach, and develop department managers and associates
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, scheduling, and performance management
• Maintain merchandising, inventory control, and customer service standards
• Monitor expenses and maintain strong P&L performance
• Drive operational excellence across all store departments

Required Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of Store Manager experience
• Understanding of sales, labor management, and P&L accountability
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Grocery retail management experience
• Extensive grocery industry experience
• Multi-department management experience
• Strong employee development and coaching background
