Store Manager - Albany

We are currently recruiting for an exciting Store Manager opportunity in Albany with a well-established premium retail business. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on driving sales, developing people and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Leading, coaching and motivating a team to achieve outstanding results.

• Managing day-to-day store operations, including rostering, stock management and visual merchandising.
• Ensuring consistently high store presentation and operational standards.
• Identifying opportunities to improve performance and maximise sales.
• Taking full accountability for the store and leading from the front.

About you
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager who combines strong operational capability with a genuine passion for customers and sales.

You will ideally have:

• Previous Store Manager experience within a customer-focused retail environment.
• Strong commercial and sales acumen.
• Proven experience leading, coaching and developing a team.
• A hands-on and proactive approach to store management.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• The drive, energy and hunger to achieve and exceed targets.
• The confidence to take ownership and make decisions independently.
