GGU:MEME is a brand-new K-beauty playground opening on the 2nd floor of Central Park Mall, West Jakarta, with our grand opening on November 7. Our store is a place where beauty is all about fun: colorful pop-art vibes, trending Korean skincare and makeup, photo booths, AI skin analysis, and a live streaming studio, all under one roof. Our motto? Playful, Joyful, Beautiful.

We're looking for a Store Manager and an Assistant Store Manager to lead our opening team. You'll be the heart of the store: leading our crew, creating a fun and welcoming experience for every customer, and making sure everything runs smoothly from open to close. Positions & Schedule (5 days/week, 8 working hours/day, 1-hour break)

Store Manager

Wed–Thu: 13:00–22:00

Fri–Sun: 12:30–21:30

Days off: Mon–Tue

Assistant Store Manager

Mon–Tue: 13:00–22:00

Fri–Sun: 13:30–22:30

Days off: Wed–Thu

Responsibilities

Lead, train, and schedule the part-time store crew

Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash reconciliation

Drive sales and achieve store targets

Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising

Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer issues

Support in-store events, promotions, and brand activities

Report store performance to the management team

Requirements

Store Manager: min. 2 years of retail experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role

Assistant Store Manager: min. 1 year of retail experience; supervisory experience a plus

Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or fashion retail is a strong plus

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Comfortable with POS systems, cash handling, and basic sales reporting

Good English communication skills; Korean is a plus
