Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager

• Lead store team to provide great customer experience, motivate team members and drive sales growth;
• Drive improvements of store operating standards - customer service, VM, stock management;
• Be part of senior management team and work closely with office teams to drive business and operational improvements;
• Rostering, team training and other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of luxury or lifestyle retail experiences and with solid experience in managing shops;
• Strong leadership and coaching skills; Excellent sales technique and service-oriented;
• Highly flexible with capability to work in a fast-growth environment;
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Able to work under pressure and independent
