Job Description:

Store Leadership & Performance

· Lead and manage overall store performance, including sales, KPIs and profitability.

· Set priorities and directions for daily store operations.

· Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming store environment.

· Monitor performance and take action to drive continuous improvement.

Team Management & Development

· Directly manage and support key store roles.

·  Recruit, train, coach and develop store team members.

·  Foster a collaborative culture between operations, merchandising, and visual teams.

·  Ensure clear communication and alignment across all store functions.

Merchandising & Store Presentation

·  Oversee the execution of visual merchandising and store presentation standards.

·  Partner with the In-Store Merchandiser to plan seasonal changes, layouts, and refreshes.

·  Ensure merchandising strategies support sales performance and customer experience.

·  Provide feedback and guidance on presentation effectiveness and commercial impact.

Operations & Inventory Management

·  Oversee stock management, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.

·  Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety and loss prevention.

·  Manage staffing, scheduling and operational planning.

·  Ensure efficient use of store space and resources.

Customer Experience & Brand Representation

·   Act as the brand ambassador within the store.

·  Ensure the store delivers an inspiring, well-curated home & living experience.

·  Handle escalated customer issues professionally and effectively

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Passionate in the retail environment and strives for operational excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the business, especially the store team.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Results oriented and possess a keen eye for detail.
