We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead high performing teams at our Diamond & Co - Surabaya Store. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail environment, understands luxury customer service, and is motivated to exceed sales targets through strong team leadership and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

1. Oversee daily store operations, including sales performance, customer service, and team management
2. Drive and achieve store sales targets and KPIs
3. Lead, manage, and develop store team (Sales Associates)
4. Monitor daily sales, stock levels, and in-store activities
5. Ensure visual merchandising is aligned with brand standards
6. Deliver excellent customer experience and service quality
7. Control inventory shrinkage, stock loss, and operational costs

What We’re Looking For:

1. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager (retail preferred)
2. Strong ability to drive sales and work under targets
3. Proven leadership and team management skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Customer-oriented, proactive, and energetic
6. Comfortable analyzing sales reports and KPIs
7. Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
