STORE MANAGER

We are looking for a responsible, hardworking, and customer-oriented Store In-Charge to manage the daily operations of our feed store. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient store operations, maintain accurate inventory, provide excellent customer service, and lead the store team in achieving sales and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the feed store.
• Supervise and lead store personnel to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Ensure excellent customer service for farmers, livestock raisers, and other customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock receiving, storage, and releasing.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Prepare daily sales, cash, and inventory reports.
• Ensure proper merchandising, cleanliness, and organization of the store.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Implement company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with the Head Office regarding inventory replenishment, store concerns, and operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Animal Science, Marketing, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in retail, feed stores, agricultural supply stores, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate, with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Honest, dependable, and highly organized.
• Can work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to work during weekends and holidays when required.
• Willing to be assigned to any company branch.
