Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, issuing, and storage of materials.
• Maintain accurate stock records, inventory registers, and documentation.
• Verify incoming materials against PO, invoice, and delivery challan.
• Ensure proper material identification, tagging, and systematic storage.
• Issue materials to Production/Projects as per authorized requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate for reorder requirements.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts teams.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and inventory reports.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and 5S practices in the store.
• Handle GRN, material inward/outward, return, and transfer documentation.
• Support internal and external stock audits.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Store & Inventory Management.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP/Tally will be an advantage.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Qualification

Diploma / B.Com / BBA / Any Graduate
(Material/Stores/Logistics-related qualification preferred.)

Preferred: Immediate Joiner / Short Notice Period.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
