Crumbl is looking for a Store Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leadership, hospitality, and operational excellence.

This is more than managing cookies, it’s about building a team, owning results, and creating a store guests love coming back to.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of bakers and shift leads
• Create schedules that hit labour targets while supporting sales
• Oversee production to ensure quality, consistency, and brand standards
• Drive guest experience and upselling opportunities
• Manage inventory, food cost, and waste control
• Execute weekly menu changes smoothly and on time
• Maintain a spotless, organized, and high-energy store

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of leadership or restaurant management experience
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Confident decision-maker who leads with accountability
• Positive, motivating leadership style
• Comfortable working early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain)
