We are hiring a store manager for our Bakery in Freshwater.

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for great coffee and exceptional customer service?

We are looking for an experienced and energetic store manager to take the reins of our bustling freshwater store.

Location - FRESHWATER

Hours- Full time -must be available 1 weekend day per week.

Salary- competitive based on experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE -

As our store Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of daily operations.

Leading a passionate team, maintaining high service and cleanliness standards, and ensuring all our customers leave with a smile.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for staff management, stock control, product displays, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our loyal customer base.

What we are looking for -

• At least 2-3 years’ proven experience as a bakery, Cafe or Restaurant Manager.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage budgets and financial reports.

• Knowledge of food and beverage operations.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to work and multitask under pressure

• Have a hands on, can do flexible attitude

• Knowledge of health and safety and hygiene procedures and standards -extensive training will be given.

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + Superannuation
