About the Role

We’re on the hunt for an experienced and hands on Store Manager to lead our Riccarton store. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, developing your team, and delivering an exceptional in store experience while maintaining strong operational standards.

This is a full-time role suited to a confident retail leader who’s passionate about streetwear and ready to take ownership of their store.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high performing team
• Drive sales results, KPIs, and store performance
• Manage rosters, staffing, wages, and store budgets
• Conduct monthly store meetings, staff assessments, and audits
• Deliver excellent customer connection and engagement
• Maintain visual merchandising and operational standards

About You

• Minimum 2 years retail experience
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Results driven with a hands on, operational approach
• Passionate about streetwear, fashion, and retail culture
• Reliable, organised, and ready to start ASAP
