Store Manager

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the store, ensuring compliance with company SOPs, food safety, and service standards.
• Oversee store opening and closing, employee scheduling, inventory management, and daily operational execution.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop store team members to achieve operational and sales goals.
• Monitor sales, labor, inventory, and other key performance metrics to improve store performance.
• Execute company marketing campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve day-to-day operational issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient store environment.

🎯 Qualifications

• High school diploma or above; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of Store Manager experience in restaurant, tea beverage, coffee, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve operational challenges independently.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus.
