Role & responsibilities
Drive individual and store sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Actively engage with walk-in customers and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Lead by example on the sales floor, demonstrating strong selling and closing skills.
Maximize revenue through effective upselling, cross-selling, and clienteling initiatives.
Support smooth day-to-day store operations and ensure adherence to company policies.
Assist in inventory management, stock reconciliation, and merchandise upkeep.
Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
Candidates from premium jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, lifestyle, or high-end retail brands.
Immediate joiners preferred
