Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation according to company standards.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Prepare sales reports and coordinate with Head Office on operational matters.
• Recruit, train, and develop store staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail store management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in sales management, inventory control, and store operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for retail and service excellence.
• Good command of English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
• Experience in premium retail, food & beverage, hospitality, or lifestyle brands will be an advantage.
