Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to manage our Megamart store. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in apparel retail, team management, customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Drive store sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the store sales team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor stock, inventory, replenishment, and shrinkage control.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising and store standards.
• Track team performance, attendance, grooming, and productivity.
• Analyse sales reports and prepare action plans to achieve targets.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in apparel/fashion retail.
• Previous experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager preferred.
• Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good leadership and team-management abilities.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and inventory management.
• Good grooming, interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment.
