Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, inventory management, staff supervision, and stock control. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with solid experience in warehouse/store management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily store operations and activities.
• Ensure proper receiving, storing, issuing, and recording of materials and products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements.
• Conduct regular stock counts and physical inventory checks and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of materials.
• Supervise, train, and manage store staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
• Maintain proper documentation for all stock movements, including GRN, issue notes, transfer notes, and related records.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and other departments regarding material requirements and stock availability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor slow-moving, damaged, expired, or obsolete stock and report accordingly.
• Ensure the store/warehouse is maintained in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
• Prepare regular inventory and store operation reports for management.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve store efficiency and reduce inventory losses.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Store Manager, Warehouse Manager, or in a similar role.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia/KSA is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
• Ability to prepare inventory reports and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
• Good command of English; Arabic language is an advantage.
