Store Manager

Duties

• Lead and supervise the restaurant’s teams, providing guidance, training, and development to foster a high-performing environment
• Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Toast) system management.
• Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, purchasing, and merchandising to optimize product availability and presentation
• Implement effective promotional activities and customer engagement to meet or exceed targets
• Conduct interviews, employee orientation sessions, and recruiting efforts to build a strong team aligned with company standards
• Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming environment

Requirements

• Proven management experience within the food service industry, including supervising teams and managing store operations
• Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
• Solid understanding of POS systems (Toast), inventory management, and retail math including basic math skills for cash handling and pricing calculations
• Experience with operational management tasks such as budgeting, purchasing, stock control, merchandising, and shift management
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams through managerial communication techniques
• Demonstrated leadership in sales management with a focus on customer service excellence and a positive work culture
• Knowledge of restaurants & kitchens is essential
• Organizational skills paired with time management capabilities to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently

40-50 hours per week, 5-6 shifts per week, a.m. & p.m. availability required during training period (first 5 weeks). If you lead by example, have the ability to learn multiple stations, good at training staff, good at interviewing new applicants and are productive without constant supervision, we want to meet you!

Pay: $51,859.00 per year
