Store Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, sales floor merchandising, and customer service.
• Oversee visual merchandising efforts to create an inviting and visually appealing shopping environment.
• Develop strategies to drive sales growth through effective product placement, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 5-16 years of experience in luxury apparel retail or related field (watches & bags).
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, brands, and consumer behavior.
• Proven track record in managing high-end stores or boutiques with a focus on luxury goods such as watches and bags.
