Store Manager

About the role

As Store Manager at MYKA, you'll take full ownership of daily store operations, lead a small team of Sales Associates and a Supervisor as the team grows, and act as the on-the-ground point of contact with MYKA HK's Operations. You'll be bringing MYKA's vision to life day to day — building a strong team, upholding standards, and making sure every customer leaves with a smile.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the team on the floor, setting the standard for hospitality, product knowledge, and service every shift.
• Prepare and manage the weekly staff roster, delegate daily tasks, and oversee shift coverage.
• Own opening, service, and closing procedures, including cash handling, POS reconciliation, and end-of-day deep cleaning.
• Control inventory: ordering, stock replenishment, tracking product inflows/outflows, and flagging shortages before they become a problem.
• Handle administrative duties — invoice management, revenue and billing reporting, order estimates, and monthly reporting.
• Resolve customer complaints and approve refunds, voids, and comps where needed, keeping guest experience front and centre.
• Conduct monthly internal audits of food handling, hygiene, and store presentation, and support MYKA HQ's quarterly external audits.
• Coordinate new-hire training and onboarding, and liaise directly with MYKA HQ on training certification sign-off.
• Track and report key performance metrics (including staff turnover and promotion rates) to MYKA's global team.
• Ensure the team follows strict hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.

About you

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally in F&B, café, retail, or hospitality.
• Comfortable with POS systems, cash handling, and basic-to-intermediate Microsoft Office / reporting tools.
• Strong leadership and people skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and hold a small team accountable.
• Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders, including HQ team based in Madrid.
• A genuine interest in food, quality ingredients, and guest experience.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and to travel for initial brand training.
