Store Manager

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth material flow.
• Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, transfers, and stock levels.
• Monitor inventory and conduct regular physical stock verification.
• Supervise store staff and ensure proper task allocation and discipline.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Operations, and vendors for material requirements.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, labeling, and issuance of materials.
• Maintain GRNs, stock registers, invoices, and other required documentation.
• Identify and report shortages, damages, excess, and obsolete stock.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and security of the store.
• Prepare regular stock and store reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

3–5 years of relevant experience in store/warehouse/inventory management.
