Store Manager

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all daily store operations to ensure operational excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members to achieve high performance, productivity, and service excellence
• Monitor employee attendance, discipline, grooming standards, and overall work performance; implement corrective actions when necessary
• Prepare and manage staff scheduling to ensure optimal manpower allocation and operational efficiency
• Ensure consistent execution of company SOPs, food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and workplace safety procedures
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and ordering processes to minimize shortages, wastage, and inventory discrepancies
• Analyze sales performance, operational costs, labor productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs); provide recommendations for continuous improvement
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive brand image and customer experience
• Drive sales growth through operational initiatives, upselling programs, customer engagement, and execution of promotional activities
• Ensure the store consistently achieves sales targets, profitability goals, and operational KPIs established by management

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or Assistant Manager role within the Food & Beverage industry
• Proven experience in coffee shop, café, and restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, develop, and hold team members accountable for performance
• Solid understanding of store operations, inventory control, labor management, food safety, and customer service standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make operational decisions under pressure
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems, especially ESB
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and peak business periods
• Willing to be assigned to South Jakarta.
